The preload varies repeatedly due to thermal expansion and contraction, and high-temperature disc springs have a strong compensation function, compensating for the repeated changes in preload caused by thermal expansion and contraction, keeping the preload stable and constant, preventing bolt fatigue and gasket failure. 2. Changes in medium pressure lead to changes in preload, and high-temperature disc springs can compensate for the changes in preload caused by medium pressure variations, preventing bolt and gasket failure. 3. Mechanical vibrations cause changes in preload, and high-temperature disc springs can effectively absorb mechanical vibrations, avoiding bolt loosening caused by mechanical vibrations, ensuring durable and reliable sealing.

　　Applications of high-temperature disc springs: Steel pipe bridge columns; bearing preload, roller bearing seats, core shafts; flywheel drive overload protection: mechanical starters; conveying devices; impact power stations; brakes, high-pressure safety valves, rectifying components; boilers, calcium carbide furnaces.

　　Combined use of disc springs: Disc springs can be used individually or combined with multiple disc springs to bear static or variable loads. If a single disc spring cannot meet the stroke requirements, a combination of disc springs composed of single disc springs should be used. A set of single disc springs stacked in the same direction is called a stacked combination disc spring; conversely, a set of single disc springs stacked alternately in different directions is called a combined combination disc spring. In the case of stacking, the deformation of the disc spring group is the same as that of a single spring, and the load at a given deformation is n times that of a single spring (n = the number of individual spring pieces in the disc spring group). In the case of combination, when the disc spring group deforms, the total deformation and load of the individual springs in the spring group are the same as that of a single spring. When calculating the deformation and load of a combined disc spring composed of a single disc spring or a spring group, the above factors should be considered. By combining different numbers of disc springs or single disc springs of different thicknesses into a disc spring group, an incremental load characteristic curve can be obtained. In this case, when the spring group reaches the flattened position or limit stroke, the individual or combined springs will no longer affect the deformation of the spring.
