According to the characteristics of material segmentation, it prevents the return chain and scraper from separating from the material, causing a sharp increase in oil quantity and clogging the mechanical warehouse with blocked chain scraper accidents.
Moreover, the embedded scraper conveyor is also equipped with an overload protection device. If the chain is overloaded, it will automatically stop running and send an alarm signal. To reduce the wear of the scraper and chain of the buried scraper conveyor, basalt tin is added internally, which not only has a much longer lifespan than metal linings but also has less friction resistance than metal linings.
The buried scraper conveyor is equipped with a chain alarm device, which can promptly detect chain breakage, chain failure, automatic shutdown, and alarm signals. By adding a unique backpack drive mechanism, it not only increases power, saves space, but also facilitates installation. The embedded scraper conveyor consists of a screw shaft with spiral blades, a cylinder body, and the installation of bearings. Considering the importance of its tightness, the sealing between the screw shaft and the bearing uses double oil seals. The oil seal prevents fine powder from entering the bearing seat, while the right sealing component prevents the smooth lubricating grease of the bearing from flowing into the oil cylinder. The oil seal is also known as a rotary lip seal.
