Detailed Description

　　The laminate is obtained by impregnating a substrate treated with a solution containing alkoxy silane derivatives and/or their condensates with a thermosetting resin that does not contain halogenated flame retardants, followed by heating and drying to obtain a prepreg blank. Several sheets of this prepreg blank are overlapped, and copper foil is stacked on one or both sides as needed, then heated and pressed to form.

　　It includes: a foam board made of polypropylene resin; and a non-woven fabric, where the expansion ratio of the foam board is approximately 2-10, the pore diameter does not exceed 300μm, and the thickness h (cm) meets the following formula: (100/E(1-(1-1/x)↑))↑[1/3]≤h≤2, where E (kgf/cm↑) is the bending elastic modulus of a component that is intended to become the foam board but has not yet been foamed.
